A health and wellness program was organized for teachers on January 6, 2024, under the Student Development Initiative. Dr. Jaffar, a consultant in respiratory medicine from the Kerala Government Health Services, led a session dedicated to first aid awareness. They learned crucial first aid skills for various emergencies like bleeding, fractures, burns, and even how to perform CPR to save lives. Dr. Jaffar emphasized how important this knowledge is for teachers, especially in dealing with strokes and unconsciousness. His practical CPR demonstration using videos was a highlight, giving teachers essential life-saving abilities.
