The General PTA meeting of classes VI–IX was held on July 12, 2023, in the Progressive English School. The occasion commenced with a prayer by the school choir, followed by the welcome speech by Ms. Suchithra, principal of Progressive English School. The principal gave an update on the school's current activities, academic progress, and achievements. The presidential address was given by Ms. Haseena, PTA president, Progressive. The key note address was given by Mr. Farook Usman, general secretary of the Wadhihuda Group of Institutions. General instructions were given to the parents by Mr. Babu T., head teacher, senior secondary section. A general awareness talk by Ms. Ajitha P, head teacher primary section, on the topic "Know Your Child" emphasized the importance of education, child development, and character building in a child. General instructions regarding the Majlis examination were given by Mr. Abdul Samad, Assistant Head Teacher, Primary Section. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Sabir V.K., vice principal of Progressive English School.
