As a part of Professional Progress Program, a one-day workshop was organized for the teachers on 14th October 2023 in the conference hall. The session was led by Dr. Kamaludheen K T, Principal, Ansar Women's College, Trissur. The workshop centered on 'The Expansive Role of Teachers'. After the pandemic, Teachers role has become 10% Teaching and 90% mentoring. So there is a need to create a resilient school. Teachers should possess teachability, touchability, saIinity etc. We should be able to motivate the learners intrinsically. He also stressed the need for inclusive education. It was an inspiring and motivating experience for all the attendees. To express gratitude, Mr. SAP Abdussalam, the Managing Director of Wadihuda Group of Institutions, had the honor of presenting a memento to Dr. Kamaludheen K T.
